Public Autograph Signing Events
In-Person ExperienceA Public Autograph Event is an open signing where fans attend in person, meet the athlete face to face, and have their items signed on the spot. Trifecta Sports Collectibles shares event details, coordinates mail-in opportunities for those who cannot attend, and may host a vendor table at select shows.
What to Expect
- Purchase a ticket directly from the event promoter
- Athlete is present at the venue
- Bring your own item(s) on the day of the event
- Take your signed item home the same day
- Photo opportunities often available (additional fee)
- Inscriptions commonly available for an extra fee
- COA availability depends on promoter arrangements

Private Autograph Signing Events
Mail-In OnlyA Private Autograph Event is a closed signing session — you CANNOT meet or be present with the athlete. Items must be sent to Trifecta Sports Collectibles in advance; we attend the private signing on your behalf and return your completed signed item by mail.
What to Expect
- Closed event — you do NOT attend
- Ship your item(s) to Trifecta before the deadline
- Payment must be received by stated deadline
- Trifecta attends and has your item signed
- Signed item returned to you by mail after the event
- COA from promoter or third-party (e.g., Beckett) commonly included
- Inscriptions may be available for an additional fee
Ideal If You…
- Cannot travel to or attend an event
- Own a specific item you want signed
- Trust a professional to handle your collectible
- Want a signature rarely available at public events
Important: Deadlines Are Firm
- Item must be RECEIVED by Trifecta before the deadline
- Payment must be complete by the deadline
- Always allow extra time for postal delivery

Pre-Order Completed Items
All-Inclusive PackagePurchase one of Trifecta Sports Collectibles' own inventory items — already selected, signed at the upcoming event, and shipped to you as a finished collectible. No item from you is required.

Mail-In Opportunities
Public Event — RemoteAvailable when a Public Autograph Event is scheduled but you cannot attend. Mail your own item to Trifecta Sports Collectibles; we attend the public event as an approved mail-in partner, get your item signed, and mail it back to you.
How to Submit a Mail-In
- Find the event on our website calendar
- Complete the Mail-In Order Form on the event page
- We email you a cost breakdown & payment instructions
- Package your item securely and ship with tracking & insurance
- Ensure item is RECEIVED and payment is done by the deadline
- We attend the event, get your item signed, and mail it back
Ideal If You…
- Cannot attend a public event due to distance or schedule
- Already own the specific item you want signed
- Want the public event experience without being there
- Are comfortable shipping your collectible with proper packaging
vs. Private Signing Mail-In
- Mail-In = linked to a public event (open to all, we go for you)
- Private Signing = closed session (only approved partners like Trifecta may attend)
