Bring Your Item to the Signing
Show up at Lefty's Sports Cards on your athlete's signing date — Amihere & Salaun on Jul 16 (7:00–8:30 PM), Sowah on Jul 19 (5:00–6:30 PM) — with your ticket and item ready to be signed.

Get It Signed In Front of You
Meet the player and watch your item get autographed in person.
📬 Can't make the event? No problem — we're an approved Mail-In Partner. See Option 2 to mail in your item and we'll handle everything for you.

Receive Your Invoice & Pay
We email your cost breakdown including shipping. Pay before your athlete's mail-in deadline — July 12 for Amihere & Salaun, July 15 for Sowah.

We receive the item, bring it to the signing, and get it signed by the players.

Item Arrives at the Event
Signed, Authenticated and taken back to Trifecta Sports to be processed.

Important Shipping Notes
- If you are sending something of high value, we strongly suggest adding insurance and a Signature Receipt to confirm your item arrived safely.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles is NOT responsible for mis-delivery, lost items, or damaged items while in transit. Sending your items to us means you agree to this.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery, lost items, or damaged items while in the mail.
📌 What You Need to Know Before Ordering
Signing Rules and Policies
- Player reserves the right to reject any item for signature.
- There is NO Guarantee the item will be signed in the requested ink type, color, placement, quality, or size of signature and/or inscription.
- All Sales are FINAL. Refunds only issued if player cancels appearance.
- Athlete will NOT add an inscription or personalization to a previously signed item.
- We will do our best to follow your signing instructions, but final results are at the player's discretion.
- We'll prep pens before use, but streaking, skipping, or bursting may occur, and perfect flow isn't guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for pen issues.
- All artwork and game used items are priced upon request.
Note: Trifecta Sports Collectibles is not responsible for setting event dates or for any cancellations. We are not involved in the planning, pricing, or booking of players or talent. Our role is solely to promote the event for our members and to facilitate mail-in submissions for those unable to attend.
