Visit our website and complete the form online. Include your name, phone number and email address with each item so we can reach you quickly if there are any questions.

Receive Your Invoice & Pay
We email your cost breakdown including shipping. Pay before the September 18, 2026 deadline.

Label Your Item & Ship to Us
All send-ins MUST be marked or taped on the item showing where you want the signature and inscription, and what color ink to use. See our Labeling Guide for instructions.

Item Arrives at the Signing
Signed, Authenticated and taken back to be processed.

Completed Item Shipped to Customer
All send-ins ship back 1–2 weeks after the signing takes place. Tracking # will be provided via email.

How Your Item Is Authenticated
- All items — with the exception of cards, tickets and magazines — will be authenticated by Radtke Sports or a reputable third-party authenticator unless otherwise requested.
- If you are sending in a card, ticket or magazine, please mark if and where you would like a hologram placed.
- If left unmarked, no hologram will be placed.
📸 We'll Try to Capture Your Item Being Signed — We will do our best to capture Brett Favre signing your exact item via photo or video, but we can't guarantee it. It's the closest thing to being there yourself. No additional cost for this service.

Important Shipping Notes
- Shipping cost is NOT included in the autograph pricing. We email a full cost breakdown with shipping after receiving your order form.
- Failure to include a prepaid return shipping label or funds for shipping may delay your order.
- All send-ins will ship back 1–2 weeks after the signing takes place.
- Insurance is covered up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.
- We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping beyond the coverage noted above.
- If you are sending something of high value, we strongly suggest adding insurance and a Signature Receipt to confirm your item arrived safely.

Signing Rules and Policies
- The player/entertainer reserves the right to not sign an item.
- So we can contact you quickly with any questions about your item, please provide your name, phone number and email address with each item.
- All send-ins MUST be marked or taped on the item where you want the signature and inscription, and what color ink to use. Not marking the item leaves signature placement and ink color up to our discretion.
- Pen color and signature placement is a request, not a guarantee.
- Artwork, Game Used and Multi-Signed item pricing is upon request.
- All Sales are FINAL. Refunds only issued if the player cancels the appearance.

Our role is solely to promote the event for our members and to facilitate mail-in submissions for those unable to attend.
