National Sports Collectors Convention · July 29 – August 2, 2026 · Chicago, IL
Just a friendly reminder that the deadline for National Show autograph submissions is July 7th. If you're still interested in sending in an item or pre-ordering a completed signed item, please reply to this email as soon as possible. While there is a little flexibility on certain items, the sooner you reserve your spot, the better.
💳 Payment Deadlines
July 7
Priority Deadline
- Payments received by July 7 are guaranteed a signing spot for your player(s), provided the athlete attends the show.
- The only circumstance where an autograph would not be completed is if the player cancels their appearance.
- If a player cancels, you will receive a full refund.
July 12
Final Payment Deadline
- This is the absolute last day to submit payment.
- Payments received between July 8 and July 12 will be submitted as late additions.
- We'll do everything possible to secure your spot, but we cannot guarantee acceptance. Chances are still very good — just not 100%.
- We expect to know by July 15 whether TRISTAR has approved any late additions.
📦 Item Submission Deadlines
July 7 (July 8 latest)
Bulky Items
These items must arrive by July 7 (July 8 at the very latest):
- Full-size helmets
- Full-size basketballs
- Mini helmets
- Bats
- Seatbacks
- Footballs
- Boxing gloves
- 16×20 photos (or larger)
- Other oversized / bulky items
Items arriving after these dates cannot be guaranteed for the signing and may require additional expedited shipping charges.
July 19
Small Items — Final
These items must arrive no later than July 19:
- Trading cards
- Photos up to 11×14
- Baseballs
- Flat Funko boxes
- Other small memorabilia
If you're planning to participate, please don't wait until the last minute — respond ASAP so we can reserve your spot.
