Shipping Information — Please Read
This signing is NOT LOCAL in the Bay Area. All items must be mailed to Trifecta first, then shipped to the event location in Arizona, then returned back to the Bay Area, and finally shipped back to you. If you are not comfortable having your items shipped to us → to Arizona → back to the Bay Area → back to you, we suggest waiting for a local in-person signing.
- Additional shipping cost is already included in the autograph price to cover shipping to/from the destination and back to you.
- If you are sending something of high value, we strongly suggest adding insurance and a Signature Receipt to confirm safe delivery.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles is NOT responsible for mis-delivery, lost items, or damaged items while in the mail. Sending your items to us means you agree and understand this.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery, lost items, or damaged items while in transit.
We'll Try to Capture Your Item Being Signed
We will do our best to capture the athlete signing your exact item via photo or video — but we can't guarantee it. We do this so you can experience the thrill of seeing your item signed in real time. It's the closest thing to being there yourself. No additional cost for this.

What You Need to Know Before Ordering
Signing Rules
- Player reserves the right to reject any item for signature.
- There is NO Guarantee that item will be signed in the requested ink type, color, area/spot, or quality/size of signature and/or inscription.
- All Sales are FINAL. Refunds only issued if player cancels appearance.
- No Full Name Signatures.
- All artwork and game used items are priced upon request unless specifically noted.
- Athlete will NOT add an inscription to a previously signed item.
Our Policies
- We will do our best to follow your instructions, but sometimes the player does their own thing.
- We prep pens before use, but sometimes pens streak, skip, or run out of ink. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow.
- Ship high-value items with insurance and signature confirmation.
- Trifecta is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
- We follow your instructions as closely as possible — marking placement and providing the correct pen — but athletes sometimes go their own way.
We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions. We WILL do our best to provide and prep pens prior to use — however sometimes the pens streak, skip or run out of ink and unfortunately we can't guarantee a perfect flow. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow.
