Shipping Cost – Please read ALL the details

  • Signing is NOT LOCAL in the Bay Area, so all items would need to be mailed to me first and then will be shipped to Chicago where the event is taking place.
  • Shipping and Handling cost will be added in the autograph cost to reflect the shipping to/from Chicago and finally back to you. If you are sending multiple items, I will combine shipping cost to keep it as low as possible. 
  • IF you are not comfortable having your items shipped to me, then to Chicago, back to me and then finally back to you, then I would suggest waiting for them to sign in person locally in your area.
  • There is a good chance that I will be able to ship your finished item directly from Chicago since there is a Mailing Service at the show. Will be an additional fee, but will have more info on that option soon. 
  • If you are sending something of HIGH VALUE, I would suggest adding insurance and adding Signature Receipt to make sure item gets to me safely.
  • Trifecta Sports Collectibles is NOT responsible for mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail. Sending your items to us means you agree and understand this clause. If you are not comfortable with this, I would wait for an in person signing or private signing that would be closer to you.
  • Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail.

 

Details: (PLEASE READ)

  • Player reserves the right to reject any item for signature
  • There is NO Guarantee that item will be signed in the type or color of ink, in the area/spot requested and the quality/size or grade of signature and/or inscription.
  • All Sales are FINAL. Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.
  • No Full Name Signatures
  • All artwork and game used items are priced upon request unless specifically noted
  • Athlete will NOT add an inscription or personalization to a previously signed item.

We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request, but sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing.  We can point where to sign, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue.

We WILL do our best to provide and prep the pens prior to use, however; sometimes the pens streak, skip and unfortunately we can’t guarantee a perfect flow of the pen. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow.

We ship ONLY in the USA.  We DO NOT ship internationally. Sorry!
