Based on the information on the Order Form, we will email you back the cost breakdown, payment information and final instructions on how to send in your item(s) to get signed.

$175 – Flats up to 16×20, Mini Helmets, Funko POPS!, Cards
$200 – Jerseys, Full Size Helmets, Footballs, *Equipment, Seatbacks & Bulky Items
$250 – Custom Helmets
$70 – Inscriptions (3 words max)
$10 – Beckett Witness COA

Important Details per Radtke Sports Website: (please read)
– Steve reserves the right to not sign an item. He also reserves the right to sign each item in the spot of his choosing.
– All send-ins MUST be marked/taped on the item where you want the signature and inscription, and what color ink to use. Not marking the item leaves signature placement/ink color up to our discretion.
– It is not guaranteed that we be able to fulfill specific pen requests.
– All items, with exception to cards/tickets/magazines, will be authenticated by either Radtke Sports or a reputable 3rd party authenticator unless otherwise requested.
– Radtke cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
– Artwork, Game Used and Multi-Signed pricing is upon request.

  • If you are sending something of HIGH VALUE, I would suggest adding insurance and adding Signature Receipt to make sure item got to me safely.
  • Trifecta Sports Collectibles is NOT responsible for mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail. Sending your items to us means you agree and understand this clause. If you are not comfortable with this, I would wait for an in person signing.
  • Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail.
  • All Sales are FINAL. Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.
  • Athlete will NOT add an inscription or personalization to a previously signed item.
  • We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request, but sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing.  We can point where to sign, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue.
  • We WILL do our best to provide and prep the pens prior to use, however; sometimes the pens streak, skip or burst and unfortunately we can’t guarantee a perfect flow of the pen. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow. 

What is a Private Signing? 

  • An athlete decides to sign autographs at a remote location and we bring all the items that need to get signed to the athlete.
  • Unfortunately you DO NOT get to meet the athlete at a private signing.  Only the athlete, handler, promoter, authentication rep and a couple of others are in the room during the signing.

Steps to participate in this Private Signing:

  • Decide what you want to send in or choose an item from our inventory to get signed.
  • Fill out the Mail-In Order Form or Completed Item Order Form
  • We send you via email the Cost Breakdown / Invoice and options for payment
  • Label your items before sending to us (what color pen, where you want it signed, etc.)
  • Mail your item(s) to us before the deadline date
  • We bring your item(s) to the private signing
  • Mail you back your now completed autographed item
  • We will do our best to capture the athlete signing your exact item via photo/video but can’t guarantee it.  We do this so at the very least you still can experience the thrill of seeing your exact item that you mailed in get signed by the athlete.  Closest thing to being there yourself. Again we can’t guarantee it, but we do our best to make it happen.  NO ADDITIONAL COST for this service.
