Based on the information on the Order From, we will email you back the cost breakdown, payment information and final instructions on how to send in your items to get signed.

Shipping Cost – Please read all the details

• Signing is NOT LOCAL in the Bay Area, so all items would need to be mailed to me first and then I mail all the items to the event destination.
• Additional shipping cost will be added to the invoice to reflect the shipping to/from the destination and finally back to you.
  

Certificate of Authenticity Sticker (Tristar ONLY) will be included with all autographs upon request. 

Other Details:

• Player reserves the right to reject any item for signature
• There is NO Guarantee that item will be signed in the type or color of ink, in the area/spot requested and the quality/size or grade of signature and/or inscription.
• All Sales are FINAL. Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.
• No Full Name Signatures
• All artwork and game used items are priced upon request unless specifically noted
• Athlete will NOT add an inscription or personalization to a previously signed item.

We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request, but sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing.  We can point where to sign, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue.

We WILL do our best to provide and prep the pens prior to use, however; sometimes the pens streak, skip or run out of ink and unfortunately we can’t guarantee a perfect flow of the pen. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow.
