What is a Private Signing? 

• An athlete decides to sign autographs at a remote location and we bring all the items that need to get signed to the athlete.
• Unfortunately you DO NOT get to meet the athlete at a private signing.  Only the athlete, handler, promoter, authentication rep and a couple of others are in the room during the signing.
• Since I’m an approved Mail-In Partner for this signing, I’m lucky enough to be one of those “others” in the room.
• I will be handling and getting all the mail in items signed personally.

Steps to participate in this Brent Jones Private Signing:

• Decide what you want to send in to get signed or choose an item from our inventory to get signed.
• Fill out the Mail-In Order Form or Completed Item Order Form
• Review the Cost Breakdown / Invoice and then make payment
• Label your items before sending to us (what color pen, where you want it signed, etc.)
• Mail your item(s) to us before the deadline date
• We bring your item(s) to the private signing
• Mail you back your now completed autographed item
• We will do our best to capture the athlete signing your exact item via photo/video but can’t guarantee it.  We do this so at the very least you still can experience the thrill of seeing your exact item that you mailed in get signed by the athlete.  Closest thing to being there yourself. Again we can’t guarantee it, but we do our best to make it happen.  NO ADDITIONAL COST for this.

* Player reserves the right to reject any item for signature
* There is NO Guarantee that item will be signed in the type or color of ink, in the area/spot requested and the quality/size or grade of signature and/or inscription.
* All Sales are FINAL. Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.

We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request, but sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing.  We can point where to sign, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s out of our control.
