- ONE autograph on any Standard Item such as Non-Rookie Basketball Card, 8×10 / 11×14 photo or Magazine)
- $85 (Premium Autograph Ticket)(Only 25 tickets available)
- ONE autograph on any Premium Item such as 1969 Topps Rookie Card, 16×20 Photo, Basketball, Floorboard Piece, Jersey, Jersey Number, Equipment.
- $30 Inscriptions
- Additional inscriptions are available and can be purchased at the time of the signing for $30 for up to four words per inscription. (HOF 1987, NBA Top 50, 7x Nba All Star, 2x NBA Champion, etc). Walt Frazier reserves the right to deny any inscription request at his discretion.
