Shipping Cost – Please read all the details
- Signing is NOT LOCAL in the Bay Area, so all items would need to be mailed to me first and then I mail all the items to the event destination.
- Pricing above is the cost for the autograph only. It does NOT INCLUDE the shipping to/from the destination and finally back to you. Pending on the item you are sending, I will email you the cost breakdown with the shipping cost included.
- IF you are not comfortable having your items shipped to me, then to event destination, back to me and then finally back to you, then I would suggest waiting for them to sign in person locally here in the Bay Area. Not sure when that may happen.
- If you are sending something of HIGH VALUE, I would suggest adding insurance and adding Signature Receipt to make sure item got to me safely.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail.

– Unsigned Mini and Full Size helmets are currently out of stock, BUT there is still a couple of weeks before the signing. If the helmet wholesaler re-stocks prior to the deadline, you will have first priority in purchasing a Completed Helmet.

- I have no control of when promoters reach out to me to participate in a signing. Sometimes it is several months, sometimes its a couple of days.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles is NOT responsible for mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail. Sending your items to us means you agree and understand this clause. If you are not comfortable with this, I would wait for an in person signing.
- Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery, lost items or damaged items while in the mail.
- All Sales are FINAL. Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.
- Athlete will NOT add an inscription or personalization to a previously signed item.
- We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request, but sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing. We can point where to sign, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue.
- We WILL do our best to provide and prep the pens prior to use, however; sometimes the pens streak, skip or burst and unfortunately we can’t guarantee a perfect flow of the pen. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow.
What is a Private Signing?
- An athlete decides to sign autographs at a remote location and we bring all the items that need to get signed to the athlete.
- Unfortunately you DO NOT get to meet the athlete at a private signing. Only the athlete, handler, promoter, authentication rep and a couple of others are in the room during the signing.
Steps to participate in this Private Signing:
- Decide what you want to send in or choose an item from our inventory to get signed.
- Fill out the Mail-In Order Form or Completed Item Order Form
- We send you via email the Cost Breakdown / Invoice and options for payment
- Label your items before sending to us (what color pen, where you want it signed, etc.)
- Mail your item(s) to us before the deadline date
- We bring your item(s) to the private signing
- Mail you back your now completed autographed item
- We will do our best to capture the athlete signing your exact item via photo/video but can’t guarantee it. We do this so at the very least you still can experience the thrill of seeing your exact item that you mailed in get signed by the athlete. Closest thing to being there yourself. Again we can’t guarantee it, but we do our best to make it happen. NO ADDITIONAL COST for this service.
