* Since signing will be completed in Chicago, additional shipping cost to send to and from Chicago will be included in the cost breakdown email.  Will try to keep it as low as possible pending the item you are sending in.  For example: trading cards, we will not have any additional shipping cost, but mini helmets and other bulky items will.

* Player reserves the right to reject any item for signature
* There is NO Guarantee that item will be signed in the type or color of ink, in the area/spot requested and the quality/size or grade of signature and/or inscription.
* All Sales are FINAL. Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.

We WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request and will TRY to video/take photos of them signing your item(s). But sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing.  We can point where to sign, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s out of our control. 

We ship ONLY in the USA.  We DO NOT ship internationally. Sorry!
