Trifecta Sports Collectibles will NOT pay out item value for any mis-delivery\, lost items or damaged items while in the mail.\n\n\nWhat is a Private Signing?  \n\nAn athlete decides to sign autographs at a remote location and we bring all the items that need to get signed to the athlete.\nUnfortunately you DO NOT get to meet the athlete at a private signing.  Only the athlete\, handler\, promoter\, authentication rep and a couple of others are in the room during the signing.\n\nSteps to participate in this Private Signing: \n\nDecide what you want to send in or choose an item from our inventory to get signed.\nFill out the Mail-In Order Form or Completed Item Order Form\nWe send you via email the Cost Breakdown / Invoice and options for payment\nLabel your items before sending to us (what color pen\, where you want it signed\, etc.)\nMail your item(s) to us before the deadline date\nWe bring your item(s) to the private signing\nMail you back your now completed autographed item\nWe will do our best to capture the athlete signing your exact item via photo/video but can’t guarantee it.  We do this so at the very least you still can experience the thrill of seeing your exact item that you mailed in get signed by the athlete.  Closest thing to being there yourself.
