Refunds will only be issued back if player cancels appearance.\nAthlete will NOT add an inscription or personalization to a previously signed item.\nWe WILL do our best to make sure everything is completed according to your instructions/request\, but sometimes the player/celebrity does their own thing.  We can point where to sign\, give the correct pen to use and they still go rogue.\nWe WILL do our best to provide and prep the pens prior to use\, however; sometimes the pens streak\, skip or burst and unfortunately we can’t guarantee a perfect flow of the pen. Refunds will not be issued due to pen flow.\n\n\nWhat is a Private Signing?  \n\nAn athlete decides to sign autographs at a remote location and we bring all the items that need to get signed to the athlete.\nUnfortunately you DO NOT get to meet the athlete at a private signing.  Only the athlete\, handler\, promoter\, authentication rep and a couple of others are in the room during the signing.\n\nSteps to participate in this Private Signing: \n\nDecide what you want to send in or choose an item from our inventory to get signed.\nFill out the Mail-In Order Form or Completed Item Order Form\nWe send you via email the Cost Breakdown / Invoice and options for payment\nLabel your items before sending to us (what color pen\, where you want it signed\, etc.)\nMail your item(s) to us before the deadline date\nWe bring your item(s) to the private signing\nMail you back your now completed autographed item\nWe will do our best to capture the athlete signing your exact item via photo/video but can’t guarantee it.  We do this so at the very least you still can experience the thrill of seeing your exact item that you mailed in get signed by the athlete.  Closest thing to being there yourself.
