The autograph scene in the Bay Area is pretty exciting now that the Giants have won the World Series.  The 49ers, Warriors, Raiders, and A's all have taken a back seat to the Giants and probably will for awhile.  The San Jose Sharks are the closest team to winning a championship, but still not too popular of a sport in the Bay Area.  

With the success of the Giants comes drawbacks as well.  Getting an autograph now from any Giants player is almost impossible because of the huge crowds they are attracting.  Do we want our teams to be average so the autographs opportunities are better or do we want our teams to win championships, but resulting in a zero chance in autograph opportunities.  Interesting.
